Above all, maintain constant love for one another, since love covers a multitude of sins.  Be hospitable to one another without complaining.

Building Authentic Community

The Rock Fellowship Church strives to foster genuine community through the transformative power of the gospel. This good news of God's redemption and restoration through Jesus Christ has the ability to profoundly change lives and serves as our primary motivation in all church activities. With a deep devotion to the Word of God, we infuse every aspect of our actions with its profound truth. By actively living in community, we demonstrate the truth and potency of the gospel. Additionally, we embrace our role as missionaries, boldly proclaiming and embodying the gospel in our immediate context, relying on the Holy Spirit's empowerment to accomplish God's mission through us.

What Should I Expect?

Our worship service begins at 1:30 PM and typically lasts around 90 minutes. During the service, you can expect to engage in various elements such as praise and worship, communal and individual prayer, scripture reading, important announcements, an opportunity for giving, and a thought-provoking sermon grounded in biblical exegesis.

What Should I Wear?

Regarding attire, we encourage you to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable in a church setting. Clothing can vary, ranging from dresses and suits to jeans, skirts, or slacks. The most important aspect is that you feel at ease and able to engage in worship and fellowship.

What About Children?

Children worship alongside the adults during the service and are then dismissed during the announcements. They proceed to a designated area within the church where a specialized program and engaging activities are provided for children from preschool through 5th grade. This allows them to participate in age-appropriate programming tailored to their needs and interests.

What About Youth?

We consider youth as individuals in grades 6 through 12. Currently, on the 1st and 3rd Sundays, the youth worship together with the adults. However, on the 2nd and 4th Sundays, they worship alongside the adults during the service and are then dismissed during the announcements. They proceed to a designated area within the church where they can participate in a specialized program with engaging activities. This program is specifically designed to cater to the unique needs and interests of the youth, providing them with an age-appropriate worship experience.

Midweek Bible Study

We believe the Word of God is inspired, infallible, inerrant, and holds final authoritative power. Therefore, as we seek to build authentic community, everything we do will be rooted in Biblical principles. It is our firm desire to intimately learn and study God's Word together.

Our midweek Bible study sessions take place from 7:00pm to 8:30pm, and the specific locations are announced during the week. You can expect a friendly environment where everyone is welcome to come and grow in the light of God's Word.
